KJM Construction was founded in Newton, NJ by Jason Zoellner, driven by his grit and determination. Originally a business major, Jason left college in 2019 due to the Covid-19 outbreak. He sought work that would not only help him pay off his student debt but also allow him to gain valuable skills. As an aspiring entrepreneur, Jason eagerly took on roles that pushed his limits. He started as a roofing contractor, where he learned the intricacies of residential contracting and insurance restoration. After gaining experience with one of the largest roofing companies in the nation, Jason decided to broaden his horizons and establish a company for himself and his family. Each initial in KJM stands for one of his brothers’ names, symbolizing his hope of building a legacy for generations to come. Today, we specialize in insurance restoration, interior renovations, outdoor living spaces, and more.
